Americans Living 60% Longer

Statistics from 1935-2010 show significant signs of improvement in American's lifespans.  Due to medical care-especially treatment of heart disease, antibiotics, decreased smoking and cholesterol lowering medications-overall risk of death at any given time has droppped by 60%.  In the 85 year old and older group, it has dropped by 38%.  We have a doctor trained in Anti-Aging medicine at our office to answer questions about what you can do to increase your lifespan and to feel well as you age.

Diabetes and Sitting

Recent study suggests women who stay seated most of the day are more prone to developing diabetes.  This is true even with daily exercise of a half hour or longer.
