Testosterone and Aging

Exercise & stroke prevention

"Silent strokes," (un-noticed) can often be prevented by engaging in moderate to severe exercise on a regular basis.  A study done at Columbia University with 1,238 participants showed that people who exercise are 40% less likely to have a silent stroke.  People who do have silent strokes are at increased risk of falls, memory problems, dementia and stroke.
