Jogging Dramatically Increases Life Expectancy

A 27 year  study composed of 20,000 Danish people, ages 20-93, reveals regular jogging decreases  the risk of death by 44%.  Jogging increased life expectancy by 6.2 years in men and 5.6 years in women.  http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2012-05/esoc-rjs050212.php
